Events: The 2022/23 Program Year

Lectures are usually on the first Thursday of the month and are followed by

a reception for socializing. All lectures are free.

Pomona College requires anyone attending on-campus events to be vaccinated.

October 6, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. Junior Art Prize Awardees Presentation by Kali Tindell-GriffinEmily Ford, Charles Becker. Click here for details.
October 12, 2022, Wednesday at 2 p.m.: Tour of the Artwork at Claremont United Church by Historian Anne Sonner. Hosted by our sister organization, the Fine Arts Foundation, with tea to follow.

November 3, 2022, 11a.m. sharp. Tour of Sam and Alfreda Maloof Foundation for Arts and Crafts in Alta Loma by master craftsman and artist Larry White. Free for members, $12 for non-members. RSVPs required.
We've reached our maximum (40), & have begun a waiting list.
December 9, 2022 Friday evening. Annual Holiday Gala & Fundraiser, at the Garner house in Claremont's Memorial Park. More Details to come.
January 5, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. Steven Rushingwind-Ruiz, Musician and Artist "Seeing the Extraordinary Through the Ordinary: Art Becomes My Meditation in this Crazy World."

March 2, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. Quincey Grace & Bill Breer, Ceramic Artists & Rembrandt Club members. "Inspiration from Clay and Color: Talents Emerge Upon Retirement—New Adventures Begin.
Location AMOCA, 399 N Garey Ave Pomona. 
April 6, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. Ellen Dinerman, Fine Jewelry Artist. "My Journey as an Artist Through Art and Craft," will cover Ellen’s work as a mosaic artist and jewelry designer. Our sister organization, Fine Arts Foundation, will be our guests.
